The investigation of the operation of the energy storage tank has led to the development of a fully operational Energy Storage Framework. The ultimate goal is to achieve optimal energy control from the side of the operator, as well as provide insight on the operation of the tank. The Framework comprises of three individual models of its components (solar collectors, heat exchanger and storage tank), and is structured in a cascading fashion. The individual models and the Framework in general, were implemented with advanced Machine & Deep Learning algorithms in Python, a highly versatile language that incorporates a wide variety of libraries.
